You might be knowing that the Budget 2023 was just released a few days back and we all agree on the fact that the upcoming years are going to be amazing. To make this even crazier, we have made the decision to change our name. Yes, you heard that right. We will be changing our name from Online India Tax Filings to Karr Tax.
How did this all happen?
All this started on January 1st, 2023, when our founders held a meeting called "Tax Trend 2023." We talked about all kinds of stuff, from rebranding to our vision for the future. It took us about a month to research and find the perfect name, and in the end, we decided to go with KarrTax.in
But why?
Let me explain why we're making this change. We've been having some communication issues because people get confused or forget our name when they try to refer to us. This is causing us some trouble in terms of marketing and expanding our reach to millions of other taxpayers.
Why Karr Tax?
Here's the deal - the Hindi word for Tax is "कर" (kar).
So we decided to name ourselves KarrTax to show that we are not just an English-only company.
Our vision is to assist people all across India, and we believe that providing support in their local language is a significant step toward achieving this goal.
That's why we're making this change, to better serve and help people in India understand their taxes.
Note - Our website is currently available in many languages of India but our customer support and Tax Expert is currently available just in English and Hindi. We aim to increase this in future.How does it impact you and how does the process go?
Over the next few months, Karr Tax (which used to be called Online India Tax Filings) will be available on three different websites:
1. KarrTax.in
3. KarTax.in
We decided to use the third name, KarTax, even though it's not quite right, just in case someone accidentally goes there instead of KarrTax. But don't worry - if they do, they'll be automatically redirected to the correct website, KarrTax.in.
The second and third domains will only be available for a few months so it is advisable to use KarrTax.in in the future.Oh, and one more thing - if you visit KarrTax.in or KarTax.in right now, you might notice that after a few seconds, the domain name in your browser search bar changes to onlineindiataxfilings.net. Don't worry, though, we're going to fix that in the next few weeks and make sure that the domain name always stays as KarrTax.in.
We're also going to change the name on all our social media pages and our website, so keep an eye out for that. If you know anyone else who uses our website, please send them this page so that they're aware of the changes we're making.
The Email ID will also be changed from contact@onlineindiataxfilings.net to contact@karrtax.in but you can still send the email to any of the following and it will be forwarded to the right email address -
